Effect. A trace is active using trace-file to record trace records on disk.
Recovery. None required.

TAKEOVER BY BACKUP PROCESS
Cause. The primary Connection Manager process has failed or has been stopped.
Effect. The backup process has assumed control.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
