XIDSTRING: {

associated with the PU. If no
xidstring
is configured for the PU, then the

received from the X.25
network, if any, is displayed when the PU is connected.
ALIASLU:
alias-lu-name
If the PU status is “connected,”
alias-lu-name
is displayed as generated by
SNAX/XF. This name is in the form $
line

for the LUs configured
under the connected PU.
ALIASLUCNT:
alias-lu-count
if
alias-lu-name
is returned, displays the number of LUs connected.
return : (OUTFILE)
if received from the IN file, specifies the text message to be returned to the OUT
file. See Appendix B for detailed descriptions of error messages.
return : ($RECEIVE)
if received from the $RECEIVE file, returns a structured buffer defined above. See
Appendix B for detailed descriptions of return codes.
Using the STATUS LINE,PU Command. The following example shows how the SNAX/CM
STATUS LINE, PU command is used. In this example, the STATUS command is used
to ask for the status of a specific line that was previously enabled:
-> STATUS LINE $SNAP1, PU #PU1
The returned information is displayed as follows:
