line-name equals ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-LINE.
port-name equals ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-SU.
pu-name equals ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PU.
param1 equals ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-APPL.
param2 equals ZSCX-TKN-RC.
param3 equals ZSCX-TKN-FE.

is the event number. Its value is COMMAND-REJECTED.
ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-LINE
is the fully qualified name of the line-handler process for the line on which the
event occurred.

is the name of the APPL object specified for a connection management operation
using the system generation line attribute CONNECTAPPL or the SCF ADD APPL
command (parm = $SSCP.#applname, APPLTYPE CMAPPL).
