DELETE Command
SCF Commands for SNAX Creator-2
4–18 117143 SNAX Creator-2 Configuration and Control Manual
Considerations
An SU object must be in the STOPPED state before it can be deleted. Deleting the
SU object eventually causes all the subordinate connections to be closed and
deleted.
DELETE SUBSYS is only valid when the SUB parameter is specified and identifies
valid subordinate objects. For example:
DELETE SU $CREA.*
and
DELETE SUBSYS $CREA, SUB SU
are equivalent.
Examples
The following examples illustrate the DELETE command as applied to the various
object types:
DELETE APPL $CREA.C-TACL
DELETE APPL $CREA.C-TA*
DELETE ENTRY $CREA.MYENTRY
DELETE ENTRY $CREA.MY*
DELETE SU $CRTR.$SSCP.#SNA*, SEL STOPPED
DELETE SU $ANYNM.$SSCP.#TDM*, SEL NOT STARTED
DELETE SUBSYS $CRE1, SUB ONLY
DELETE SUBSYS $CREA, SUB SU, SEL STOPPED
