Using APS
Using APS
To use APS, you execute one verb at time. APS does not support multiple verbs in a
single IPC message. You can, however, execute verbs in any order, including sequences
that are not allowed by the LU 6.2 protocol definition. APS imposes no constraints on
the order in which you select and execute verbs.
All SNAX/APC verbs are executed in the same way using APS. The general procedure
for executing a single verb is outlined below:
1. Select the verb that you want to execute by pressing the corresponding function key.
After you select the verb, APS displays the form for that verb.
2. Enter the information required by the verb in the request fields.
3. Press F12 (Send) to submit the verb request to SNAX/APC for execution.
