TP-READY (F1)
APC LU Name
specifies the name of the local LU that you want to use. This local LU must be
configured for use by the SNAX/APC process.
If you specify N in the Local Attach field, you can enter an asterisk (*) instead of
the name of a specific local LU. In this case, SNAX/APC queues the TP-READY
request and waits for an incoming attach for the local TP on any local LU. The
TP-READY request completes when a remote TP requests a conversation with the
local TP. The local TP uses the local LU that received the request.
Local TP Name
specifies the name of the local TP. This field identifies the local TP to SNAX/APC.
This local TP must be configured for use by the SNAX/APC process.
Local Attach (Y,N)
specifies whether the local TP initiates a conversation with a partner TP or waits for
a partner TP to initiate a conversation. If the local TP initiates the conversation,
enter Y. If the local TP waits for the partner TP to initiate the conversation, specify
N.
Conversation Type
specifies whether APS uses the mapped or the basic conversation verb types. If “B”
is entered or left blank, APS must use basic conversation verbs to interface with
SNAX/APC. If “M” is entered, mapped conversation verbs must be used.
Sync 2 Support
specifies whether or not the TP is configured for Sync 2 Support. You must specify
“Y” or “N”.
