Print Screen (F13)
needs to send EBCDIC data to its partner TP. To send the EBCDIC data, enter the data
normally, which places ASCII data in the User Data field, and then press SF15 to
translate the data from ASCII to EBCDIC. For basic verbs, note that this function does
not translate the first two bytes of the User Data field because the first two bytes are
normally the logical record length (LL) field.
Print Screen (F13)
The print screen function (F13) prints the current screen on the printer specified for APS
in the PATHMON environment.
If you used the APCRUN command to set up the PATHMON environment, the default
APS printer is $S.#APS. You specify the APS printer in the PRINTER APS parameter
of APCRUN.
If you set up the PATHMON environment manually, the APS printer is specified with
the PATHCOM SET PROGRAM PRINTER command or with the PRINTER parameter
of the PATHCOM RUN command that starts APS.
Recover Screen (F15)
The recover screen function (F15) displays the current screen again. Use this function if
the screen display gets disturbed. This function restores the screen display to the current
verb screen with the data you last entered.
