CONFIRM Verb
Return Codes
The following return codes can be returned in the REP-RETURN-CODE field of the
CMR-HEADER:
RC-OK (remote TP replied with CONFIRMED)
RC-ALLOCATION-ERROR
RC-BACKOUT-RESYNC
RC-BACKOUT-NO-RESYNC
RC-DEALLOCATE-ABEND-PROG
RC-PROGRAM-ERROR-PURGING
RC-RESOURCE-FAIL-NO-RETRY
RC-RESOURCE-FAIL-RETRY
Consideration
If a CONFIRM verb is processing when SNAX/APC receives a CANCEL system
message from the application program, SNAX/APC deactivates the session and replies
to the cancelled IPC. The CONFIRMED verb is allowed to finish normally.
SNAX/APC frees the internal resources after finishing the processing of the verb.
