In this DIN, the TP sends a CONFIRM request.
In this BOUT, we see that the CONFIRM forces SNAX/APC to send the buffered data
out to the access method.
At this point, we would expect a positive response to the CONFIRM that was sent to the
remote TP. The response is negative; something has gone wrong! The SNA sense data
is 0846 and 0000. The 08 indicates that the request was delivered, understood and
supported, but not executed. The 46 indicates that the request was rejected for a reason
to be specified later.
The reason for rejection becomes a little clearer with this subsequent BIN. The BIN
shows a request, with a 07 function management data (FMD) header. The sense data
