ADD LU Command
Object Specification
The object specification for the SNAX/APC ADD command is:
Considerations
The fully qualified name assigned to the created object must be unique.
If an attribute for a given object is not assigned a value in the ADD command, the
attribute’s default value is used. However, some attributes do not have a default
value, and the value must be explicitly assigned in the ADD command.
A given attribute can only appear once in a single ADD command.
If the LIKE syntax option is used, the attribute specification overrides the setting
derived from the LIKE object for that attribute.
You can not use the ADD command with PTNR-MODE objects that are normally
added dynamically by the SNAX/APC subsystem.
ADD LU Command
The ADD LU command defines a local LU to a SNAX/APC process.
ADD LU Attributes
The attribute specification for the LU object of the SNAX/APC ADD command consists
of the following attribute name and value combinations:
object-type object name representation
LU local-lu
PTNR-LU partner-lu
PTNR-MODE partner-mode
SESSION session-id
