ALTER Command
The ALTER command modifies the values of the attribute settings of an existing object.
ALTER is a sensitive command.

The object specification for the SNAX/APC ALTER command is:
Consideration
With one exception, the attributes for the ALTER commands do not have default values.
The exception is the RESPONSIBLE attribute for the ALTER PTNR-MODE, which has
the default value SOURCE.
