The DEFAULTMINCONWINNER attribute cannot be specified with the ALTER
PTNR-MODE command unless the PTNR-MODE object is in the STOPPED state.
MAXAUTOACT number
specifies the number of contention-winner sessions that are activated automatically
after the PTNR-MODE object is in the STARTED state. The valid range is from 0
to 1024. If the value of the MAXAUTOACT attribute is greater than the value of
the MINCONWINNER attribute after the CNOS command is negotiated, only the
number of sessions specified by the MINCONWINNER attribute are started
automatically.
The MAXAUTOACT attribute cannot be specified with the ALTER PTNR-MODE
command unless the PTNR-MODE object is in the STOPPED state.
MAXSESSION number
specifies the maximum number of sessions allowed between a local LU and a
partner LU for the specified mode name. The valid range is from 1 to 1024. This
value is used as the LU_MODE_SESSION_LIMIT parameter of the
CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT CNOS verb.
The MAXSESSION attribute cannot be specified with the ALTER PTNR-MODE
command unless the PTNR-MODE object is in the STARTED state.
MINCONLOSER number
specifies the minimum number of contention-loser sessions the PTNR-MODE
object has. The valid range is from 0 to 1024. The value is used as the
MIN_CONWINNERS_TARGET parameter of the CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT
CNOS verb.
The MINCONLOSER attribute cannot be specified with the ALTER PTNR-MODE
command unless the PTNR-MODE object is in the STARTED state.
MINCONWINNER number
specifies the minimum number of contention-winner sessions that the PTNR-MODE
object has. The valid range is from 0 to 1024. The value is used as the
MIN_CONWINNERS_SOURCE parameter of the CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT
CNOS verb.
The MINCONWINNER attribute cannot be specified with the ALTER
PTNR-MODE command unless the PTNR-MODE object is in the STARTED state.
MODENAME modename
specifies the mode name that is used for building SNA requests (such as the session
activation BIND request). It is also used as the AL-MODENAME parameter of the
ALLOCATE verb or the MC-AL-MODENAME parameter of the MC_ALLOCATE
verb. The value entered for the MODENAME attribute must be unique among all of
the PTNR-MODE objects subordinate to the same PTNR-LU object.
