The number displayed is the process-wide default; individual PTNR-MODE objects

RemoteAttach
QUEUE indicates that the remote ATTACH requests are queued if there are no
outstanding remote-attached TP-READY requests. (A remote-attached TP-READY
request is a TP-READY verb with the TP-LOCAL-ATTACH-INDICATOR set to
N.)
REJECT indicates that the remote ATTACH requests are rejected with sense data
%H084B6031 (Transaction Program Not Available–Retry Allowed) if there are no
outstanding remote-attached TP-READY requests.
RemoteAttach Timer
specifies the amount of time in milliseconds that the ATTACH request will wait in
the queue for a TP-READY to arrive. If the time expires before a TP-READY
arrive, the ATTACH request will be rejected.
This is relevant only if the RemoteAttach heading contains the value QUEUE. A
-1 value means the attach will stay in the queue an infinite amount of time.
