LISTOPENS Command
Consideration
In addition to displaying entries for all of the open transaction programs, there is also an
entry for the SCF session (indicated by the opener name #ZSPI).
Command Syntax
LISTOPENS PROCESS Display
This example shows the request for information about all file system OPEN calls that
apply to the SNAX/APC process. The DETAIL parameter can be used but will return an
identical display:
-> LISTOPENS PROCESS $APC1 [ , DETAIL ]
The following display is returned in response to this request:
Open Name
is the subdevice name by which the SNAX/APC process was opened.
Opener
is the name of the process that issued the OPEN request. If the process is not
named, the process ID is displayed.
PPID
is the process ID of the primary process of the opener.
BPID
is the process ID of the backup process of the opener. N/A is displayed if a backup
process does not exist or if a successful CHECKOPEN procedure call to the backup
process has not occurred.
PFN
is the file number of the open by the primary process.
