STOP Command
TPN Name
is the name of the transaction program.
Sum State
shows the current summary state of the TPN object. Valid states are STOPPED,
STARTING, and STARTED.
Status TPN Detailed Display
This example requests detailed status information about a transaction program named
ACCT:
-> ASSUME $APC1.LU01.ACCT
-> STATUS TPN, DETAIL
The following display is returned in response to this request:
Sum State
shows the current summary state of the TPN object. Valid summary states are
STOPPED, STARTING, and STARTED.
STOP Command
The STOP command shuts down the operation of the specified object in an orderly
manner and places it in the STOPPED state. Optionally, it also shuts down objects
subordinate to the specified object.
STOP is a sensitive command.
Command Syntax
The SNAX/APC STOP command has the following syntax:
SNAX/APC STATUS TPN: $APC1.LU01.ACCT
Sum State ............... STARTED
STOP [ object-spec ] [ , SEL [ NOT ] summary-state ]
[ , SUB [ subtype ] ]
[ , attribute-spec ]
