In Table A-4, note that the CNOS and LU definition verbs cannot be issued by a TP, but
SNAX/APC can generate them through SPI and SCF. Session control verbs may be
issued by TPs. However, this practice is not recommended as LU session activation is
really a centralized function, not something that should be changed by individual TP
programmers who may have no idea if another TP needs to use the session afterwards.
