Error 00029

Probable Cause. An ABORT or STOP command issued for an LU object or a PTNR-

LU object was rejected because one or more of its subordinate objects was still in the

STARTED state.

Recommended Action. Stop all of the target object’s subordinate objects before issuing

a STOP or ABORT command to the target object, or specify the SUB parameter with the

STOP or ABORT command.

Error 00030

Probable Cause. This error was caused by an attempt to add more subordinate objects

than is allowed, using an ADD PTNR-LU or an ADD PTNR-MODE command.

The current implementation has the following restriction: a single-session LU can only

have one partner LU, and a primary LU can only have one PTNR-MODE object. This

error will be returned if the ADD command violates this rule.

Recommended Action. None.

Error 00031

Probable Cause. The TRACE PROCESS or TRACE LU request was rejected because

the trace was already in the ACTIVE state. A trace can be started or modified only

when the trace is in the INACTIVE state.

Recommended Action. Issue the TRACE PROCESS/LU, STOP command, then issue

the TRACE PROCESS/LU command.

Error 00032

Probable Cause. The DELETE LU command was rejected because the LU trace was

still in the ACTIVE state. The trace can be stopped by the TRACE STOP command.

Recommended Action. Issue the TRACE LU, STOP command, then issue the DELETE

LU command.

SNAXAPC 00029 Subordinate objects were not stopped.

SNAXAPC 00030 Too many subordinate objects for a

single-session LU.

SNAXAPC 00031 Tracing is already in progress.

SNAXAPC 00032 Tracing was not stopped.
