Cause. SNAX/APC encountered an unexpected finite state machine (FSM) error.
Effect. The process continues, but some sessions may encounter unpredictable
difficulties.
Recovery. You need to seek additional help. Follow the procedures described at the
beginning of this appendix for collecting relevant information and contacting the
appropriate support personnel.
