ADD PTNR-LU When the ADD command is applied to the object type ZCOM-OBJ-PTNR-LU, the
following additional tokens are involved.
Tokens in Command Buffer
ZAPC–TKN–SNA-NAME token–type ZSPI–TYP–STRING. !r
ZAPC–TKN–PARALLEL-SESS-LU token–type ZSPI–TYP–BOOLEAN. !o
ZAPC–TKN–PERIPHERAL-NODE token–type ZSPI–TYP–BOOLEAN. !o
Tokens in Response Buffer
(no additional tokens)
Tokens in Command Buffer
Refer to Section 4, “Common Definitions,” for a detailed description of these tokens.
ZAPC–TKN–SNA-NAME
specifies the name of the LU as it is known by the partner system.
ZAPC–TKN–PARALLEL-SESS-LU
specifies whether or not the partner LU supports parallel sessions.
ZAPC–TKN–PERIPHERAL-NODE
specifies whether the partner LU resides on a peripheral node or a subarea node.
Operational Notes
The ZAPC-TKN-PERIPHERAL-NODE token indicates where the partner LU
resides (peripheral node or subarea node). If ZAPC-TKN-PARALLEL-SESS-LU is
FALSE, it also indicates that a peripheral partner LU is a secondary LU (SLU). The
default value is ZSPI-VAL-FALSE.
The ZAPC-TKN-PARALLEL-SESS-LU token indicates whether or not the partner
LU supports parallel sessions. The default value is ZSPI-VAL-FALSE.
