A request from a remote LU for a conversation with a local LU was rejected because
SNAX/APC could not obtain the resources.

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is the event number. Its value is ZAPC–EVT–BID–REJECT.
ZEMS-TKN-CONSOLE-PRINT
contains the value ZSPI–VAL–TRUE, which specifies that the event message be
processed by the compatibility distributor.
ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS
contains the value ZSPI–VAL–FALSE, indicating that the event should not be
considered critical to your operations environment.
ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PROC
