SNAX/APC is still being configured: sensitive commands cannot be processed.
No error list is generated.
Cause
The SNAX/APC process was still in the initial configuration phase when a sensitive
command was issued.
Effect
The sensitive command cannot be processed.
Recovery
Use the STATUS PROCESS command to retrieve the configuration state. Retry the
request after SNAX/APC has been configured.
