New and Changed Information
ELF information has been added to Section 1, Introduction to SNAX/APN
High-Level APIs, under the heading Configuration Requirements for CRT and ITI
on page 1-5. Under the same heading, XLF information was revised to add clarity
and more configuration detail.
ELF information has also been added to Appendix C, Logic Flows and Internal
Formats When Using SNALU, PLU Accept Mode: Session Initiation using ELF on
page C-7.
Changes have been made throughout this manual, including the glossary, to reflect
these product changes.
SNAX/APN now has the ability to communicate with a CRT application that
contains data in double-byte format (Kanji) and provides the proper response to the
SETMODE 144 request for information regarding the character map.
Changes in this edition are indicated by change bars in the margin.
