In the following figures, SNAX/APN has been configured according to Table C-2 for
PLU Accept mode. If you need more information about configuring SNAX/APN,
please refer to the SNAX/APN Configuration and Control Manual.

Figure C-4 gives the logic flows using the Extended Logon Facility (XLF). The first two
BINDs are successful. Note that the PLU names defined in the program start requests
are not returned when the BINDs are sent by TLOGMGR. This is because the name
used by the adjacent node is owned by that node and, therefore, it cannot be used by an
application that is external to it.
The logon at (c), however, fails because plu1 is still in session with LU1. The second
failure shown at (c) occurs because plu9 was not defined as a local SNA name during
configuration (See Table C-2
).
