Command Dictionary
Using the HLSCOM Utility

HLS-process-name
identifies the SNAX/HLS server process name.
command
is an HLSCOM command to be executed once the HLSCOM process has started. If
commands are specified, HLSCOM suppresses the output of the banner and
terminates after the last command. In particular, the IN file is not used. If no
commands are specified, the banner line is printed and commands are read from
the IN file until an end-of-file character or the EXIT command is read.
Command Dictionary Table 6-1 lists the HLSCOM commands. Details on using these commands are
presented in the command dictionary that follows this table. Presented in alphabetic
order for ease of reference, the command dictionary describes the individual HLSCOM
commands. The entry for each command includes an introductory paragraph telling
what the command does, an explanation of the command syntax, a list of
considerations, and one or more examples.
