p_term_s
A request to end the bracket has been sent. When the session partner accepts
this request, the state changes to betb.
Send/Rcv
Controls send and receive modes for half-duplex data flows. If the BIND specifies
non-full-duplex send and receive mode (byte 7, bits 0 and 1 nonzero), this FSM is
active. The states displayed here are affected by the use of brackets. See the IBM
SNA Format and Protocol Reference Manual for more information on this FSM. The
following values are displayed in this field:
not_in_use
The FSM is not initialized or is not used in this session.
cont
A user message is not in progress (that is, no SNA chain is either being sent or
received).
cont_send
A user message is being sent by the SNAX/HLS application.
cont_recv
A message from the session partner is being received by the SNAX/HLS
server on behalf of the SNAX/HLS application.
inb_send
Either a user message is being sent by the SNAX/HLS server and a bracket is
in progress, or the BIND specified (byte 7, bit 3) that the reset state of the
session was this state.
inb_recv
Either a message from the session partner is being received by the SNAX/HLS
server and a bracket is in progress, or the BIND specified (byte 7, bit 3) that the
reset state of the session was this state.
rcv_081b
A negative response with SNA system sense of %H081B (resource unavailable)
has been received. Only messages from the session partner can be received—
no message can be sent.
