IMM_RQ_Send
Enforces the immediate request protocol on behalf of the sender. This protocol
requires that no requests be sent while a previously sent definite-response request
is still outstanding. The information displayed is:
not_in_use
The FSM is not initialized or is not used in this session.
reset
There are no unacknowledged DR requests outstanding.
owed
A DR request has been sent; a response is owed.
inc
A chain is being sent.
inc_rsp
A response was received to the current chain before the end chain was sent.
cancel
A CANCEL was sent; an acknowledgment to the CANCEL clears this
condition.
