IMM_RQ_Recv
Enforces the immediate request protocol on behalf of the receiver. This protocol
requires that no requests be received while a previously received definite-response
request is still outstanding. The information displayed is:
not_in_use
The FSM is not initialized or is not used in this session.
reset
There are no unacknowledged DR requests outstanding.
owed
A DR request has been received; this half-session owes a response.
inc
A chain is being received.
inc_rsp
A response was sent to the current chain before end of chain.
cancel
A CANCEL was received.
