HLSCOM Error Messages
104705 Tandem Computers Incorporated B–3
No backup CPU is assigned
Cause. No backup CPU was available to take over after an ABEND command.
Effect. A backup does not take over after the abend.
Recovery. Specify a backup CPU, using the ALTER BACKUPCPU command.
HLSCOM System-Level
Error Messages
The following error messages indicate that HLSCOM has encountered problems with
the environment, such as the SPI interface, RDT files, and TRACE files:
Command command not supported
Cause. The SPI command command is not currently supported by HLS.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the spelling of the command; check the manual for the valid
commands.
Command command not supported for object type object
Cause. The SPI command command does not support the object type object .
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Correct the command and reissue it.
Empty response
Cause. HLSCOM found an empty response to a SPI command.
Effect. None.
Recovery. Informational message. No action is necessary.
