Access to SNA Devices

Applications on an NonStop system can initiate LU-LU sessions with SNA devices

located in a subarea network, and by using either XLF or ELF, SNA devices located in

a subarea network can initiate LU-LU sessions with applications on an NonStop

system. When the NonStop system and the subarea network communicate through a

Token-Ring network, throughput is faster and a greater number of devices can access

the applications on the NonStop system.
