Display Descriptions:
The name given at the end of the first line of the display is the name of the LU object.
The following display fields are not configurable with the ADD LU or ALTER LU
command and are provided for information only:
LUPartner
indicates the name of an LU associated with the LU that is the object of this
command. The associated LU name is stored in the 32-character internal format
that is standard in the environment. The corresponding external format for the
associated LU name is as follows:
sysname.luname
sysname specifies a NonStop system name, and luname specifies the SNAX/XF
LU name.
SwLuType
indicates whether or not a switched LU is a floating device. ON means that the
switched LU was defined as floating. OFF means that the switched LU was not
defined as floating.
All other INFO LU, DETAIL display fields are described in Section 14, Attributes for
SNAX/XF and SNAX/APN.
Considerations—LU Object Type
If BINDENTRY or BINDTABLE has not been specified for the LU itself but has
been specified for the superordinate LINE or PU object, the INFO LU display
shows the BINDENTRY or BINDTABLE value specified for the LINE or PU object.
If there is a mismatch between the line-handler process and the service manager
either in the SPR or RVU versions or when using multiple service managers, an
error message is returned. For more information, see Appendix C, Error
Messages.
