SETMANAGER Command
Local Passthrough
There is no restriction on local passthrough if the primary and secondary lines are
added to the same service-manager process.
If this restriction is violated—that is, if the two lines are not added to the same service-
manager process and a local passthrough is attempted, the following error messages
are displayed for the primary LU:
For a dynamic local passthrough not involving LUNS:
LOGON FAILED, SENSE CODE : '0801'
For a local passthrough involving LUNS:
UNABLE TO ALLOCATE GATEWAY LU -----> S0020

are provided in the ADD, ALTER, and INFO descriptions earlier in this section.
Examples
To determine the currently active service-manager process, issue the SCF commands
shown in the following example:
SETMANAGER $SSCP2
ENV
