TYPE (Local LU Objects) - for SNAX/APN
All of these integer values are specified following the number 14 and a command, 
surrounded by parentheses, such as in the value specified TYPE (14,0). The number 
14 indicates the device type for an LU. This attribute is required; there is no default. 
The subtype is also required.
TYPE (Local LU Objects) - for SNAX/APN
When applied to local LU objects, TYPE specifies the device type (always 14) and 
subtype for a local LU. For SNAX/APN, the subtype must always be specified as 21.
