003: PIU^TRACE^ID (PIU Out)
003: PIU^TRACE^ID (PIU Out)
This trace record contains the outbound path information unit (PIU) sent by SNAX level
3 to SNAX level 2.
This trace record consists of the transmission header (TH), the request/response
header (RH), and the request/response unit (RU).
PU index nnn
gives the physical unit (PU) address.
PIU bytes: nn
gives the number of bytes in the PIU. This is the total length of the PIU, even if a
small RECSIZE value in the TRACE command caused the data in the trace record
to be truncated.
FID2 OIS EFI OAF(00) DAF(01) SEQ #4152
is a symbolic representation of the contents of the transmission header (TH), using
the standard IBM abbreviations. This line can include the following abbreviations:
The TH shown above is for a FID2 PIU with mapping field set to only in segment
(only in chain). The origin/destination assignor indicator bit is 0, and the expedited
flow indicator bit is 1. The origin address field is 0, the destination address field is
1, and the sequence number is 4152.
Record Type : 003 PIU^TRACE^ID
PIU Out for PU index 193. PIU bytes: 19
