(GCSC).
When contacting the Global Customer Support Center (GCSC), provide all relevant
information as follows:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the message(s) generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), please also supply your system number and the numbers and versions
of all related products.

Cause. LUNS was unable to find the system message named in ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-
OBJ2 in the terminal’s ESS table named ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-OBJ1.
Effect. If the error occurs while LUNS is processing a character-coded request from a
device, LUNS builds a message and sends it to the device. When displayed, this message
informs the user that LUNS could not find the system message named in ZSX1-TKN-
LUNS-OBJ2. If a formatted request is being processed, an SNA sense code of 0801 is
returned to the device.
Recovery. Use SNAXUTL and its ADD ESSMSG command to add the message to the
terminal’s ESS table.

Cause. In the ESS table named ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-OBJ1, either a record length
(ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-INFO1) or the message length (ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-INFO2) is
invalid.
The record-length values must be less than 4124 bytes, and the message-length value
must be less than 4042 bytes.
Effect. If the error occurs while LUNS is processing a character-coded request from a
device, LUNS builds a message and sends it to the device. When displayed, this message
informs the user that the system message named ZSX1-TKN-LUNS-OBJ2 was not
found. If a formatted request is being processed, an SNA sense code of 0801 is returned
to the device.
Recovery. Use SNAXUTL and its DELETE and ADD ESSMSG commands to correct
the message in error.
