Cause. SNAX/APN received an error while calling the IOGET internal procedure. This
message is generated by the line handler.
Cause. SNAX/APN terminates.
Recovery. Contact the Global Customer Support Center and provide all relevant
information as follows:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the message(s) generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable

Cause. An incorrect device type was specified in the system generation configuration
file. This message is generated by the line handler.
Effect. SNAX/APN terminates.
Recovery. Use a SCF ADD or ALTER DEVICE command to correct the subdevice
type.
-9: ZCOM-VAL-IO-ERR-SUBDEV-TYP-INV
Cause. An incorrect subdevice type was specified in the system generation
configuration file. This message is generated by the line handler.
Effect. SNAX/APN terminates.
Recovery. Use a SCF ADD or ALTER DEVICE command to correct the subdevice
type.
-6: ZCOM-VAL-IO-ERR-GETPOOL
Cause. A failure occurred when SNAX/APN issued a call to the GETPOOL procedure.
This message is generated by the service manager or the line handler.
Effect. SNAX/APN terminates.
