21: ZSX1-EVT-LINK-INOP
ZSX1-TKN-CAUSE-CODE
is the SNA INOP reason code indicating the reason for the inoperative condition.
The reason code is a value between %H01 and %H0F. Some of the values for
CAUSE-CODE are as follows:
ZSX1-TKN-LINE-STATE
indicates the line state. This token is described in the SNAX/APN Management
Programming Manual
ZSX1-TKN-TRACE-STATE
indicates the trace state. This token is described in Section 4 of the SNAX/APN
Management Programming Manual.
Conditional Tokens
ZSX1-TKN-ERRCODE
is an error code that indicates the error on the dial-up line. The following is one of
the error codes that can be returned:
Cause. The service manager received a link INOP message from a line handler because
of a link-related connect or contact failure. This message is generated by the service
manager.
Effect. The line becomes inoperative.
Recovery. Abort the line, and then restart it. Because a switched line has only one PU,
you can safely use the ABORT command rather than the STOP command.
01 Indicates a station INOP message.
02 Indicates a link INOP message.
0A Indicates an X.21 call-establishment failure.
0B Indicates an X.21 call-establishment failure, DCE in CLEAR condition.
0C Indicates an X.21 outgoing call-establishment failure, timeout on changing
DCE conditions. This is not a valid value for SNAX/APN.
0D Indicates an unexpected loss of connection during the X.21 data-transfer
phase.
0E Indicates an X.21 call-clearing phase failure.
0F Indicates an X.21 outgoing call-establishment failure. This is not a valid
value for SNAX/APN.
