Cause. An error occurred when SNAX/APN attempted to add or contact a switched
PU. This message is generated by the service-manager process.
Effect. The specified PU cannot be used.
Recovery. If ZSX1-TKN-ERRCODE is a file-system error number, refer to the
Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for corrective action based on the
indicated error.
If ZSX1-TKN-ERRCODE is 400, abort the PU, then abort and restart the line.
If ZSX1-TKN-ERRCODE is 401, abort the line, then restart it.
