contains the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE. This token is described in the EMS Manual.
ZSPI-TKN-MANAGER
is the name of the service-manager process (the SUBSYS object name), as described
in Section 3 in the SNAX/APN Management Programming Manual.
ZSX1-TKN-CODE-LOC
is the address of the error.
ZSX1-TKN-POOL-SIZE
is the number of words requested from the pool.
ZSX1-TKN-PROCID
is the process ID of the process that caused the event. This token is described in
Section 4, “Common Definitions.”
Cause. The service manager was unable to obtain buffer space from the extended buffer
pool.
Effect. The service manager is unable to perform or complete the task.
Recovery. Use SYSGEN to reconfigure the service manager, using a larger value for
EXTPOOLPAGES. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer Support
Center.
When contacting the Global Customer Support Center, provide all relevant information
as follows:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the message(s) generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable

Center (GCSC), please also supply your system number and the numbers and versions
of all related products.
