Cause. An SNA ACTLINK command failed, indicating a hardware problem with the
line. This message is generated by the line handler.
Effect. The specified line is no longer available for use. No physical units (PUs) or
logical units (LUs) subordinate to the line are available.
Recovery. Refer to the IBM Systems Network Architecture Reference Summary or the
IBM Systems Network Architecture Formats manual for sense-code information.
