Reason Code 00000003
Cause. The SNALU application (APPL NAME) has not opened its LU, an
indication that the application may not be running or that it is defective.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Start or correct the SNALU application (APPL NAME) and retry the
logon.
Reason Code 00000004
Cause. The user is attempting to logon to an ITI or CRT application whose template
LU was not defined with PROTOCOL ITI or PROTOCOL CRT.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. SCF ALTER the PROTOCOL for the template LU to CRT or ITI and
retry.
Reason Code 00000005
Cause. A Template LU has been opened by an application and cannot be used to
create dynamic LUs.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Template LUs should not be opened. Identify the application that opened
the template LU and correct the application. Retry the logon. If the problem persists,
contact the Global Customer Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 00000006
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 00000007
Cause. Temporary memory shortage.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
