Reason Code 0000001C
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).

Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 0000001E
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 0000001F
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 00000020
Cause. Temporary buffer shortage.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. Retry the logon. If the problem persists, contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC).
Reason Code 00000021
Cause. A logon request has been rejected by Creator-2, Pathmon, or the user-
supplied Creator-2 server process.
Effect. The logon request is rejected.
Recovery. This message should be preceeded, in the EMS log, by a message that
was issued by Creator-2, Pathmon, or the user-supplied Creator-2 server process.
The first message should identify the reason for the failure. Correct that problem and
retry the logon.
