The Concentrator Manager was not in a STARTED state when the SNAX/XF Line

Handler attempted to communicate with it.

Message Parameter Descriptions

param1 equals ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-LINE.

param2 equals ZSX1-TKN-CONMGR-NAME

Unconditional Tokens

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER

is the event number. Its value is 7.

ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK

is the standard EMS token that always immediately precedes the subject token.

ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-LINE

is the fully qualified name of the line-handler process for the line on which the event

occurred.

ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS

contains the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE indicating that this event is not a critical

event. This token is described in the EMS Manual.

ZEMS-TKN-CONSOLE-PRINT

contains the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE. This token is described in the EMS Manual.
