49: ZSX1-EVT-SW-SESSION-TIMEOUT
ZSX1-TKN-BASE-ALIAS-LU
specifies the SNAX Connection Manager (SNAX/CM) alias name for the first LU
assigned to the PU for the current connection. This token is described in Section 4,
“Common Definitions.
Cause. An application failed after a connection was made.
Effect. The PU is still connected, but no current session exists on the connection; that
is, no LU-LU session has existed for the interval indicated by ZSX1-TKN-SW-
SESSION-TIMEOUT.
Recovery. There are three alternatives:
Users can abort and restart the PU and LUs that have the inactive connection. The
PU is thus disconnected.
Users of SNAX/CM (Connection Manager) can issue a SNAX/CM DISCONNECT
command to disconnect the PU.
Some users might want to maintain the connection even though there are no current
sessions. If the connection is maintained, a new session can be started without
establishing a new connection. In this case, no corrective action is needed.
