Cause
The Creator process cannot send a startup message to the APPLFILE process it has
created.
Effect
The error value is the file-system error code. The program-filename value
is the fully qualified program file name of the process as specified through the
APPLFILE parameter of the SCF ADD APPL command. The process-name
value is the process identifier of the process. A display of the current
CONCDATA field parameters from the logon record of the ESS table is returned
as user-data . The Tandem-name value is returned in the form $ line-
name. # lu-name .
Recovery
Refer to the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for an explanation of
the file-system error code. Reissue the command that generated this message. If
the problem persists, save the information returned in this message and follow the
procedure described at the beginning of this appendix for collecting information
and contacting support personnel.
