Figure D-4 shows a terminal logging on to and logging off from a host application. In
the ESS table, the logon record, whose DLU command name is IBM1, specifies
CMDTYPE INITSELF-RECEIVED. The record also has a PLUNAME field containing
the DLU name “TSO” and a USERDATA field of “jones/jones”.
