SNAXUTL ERROR NUMBER: 5120
When an ADD SETESS command was being processed, an I/O error occurred
during a KEYPOSITION of the key-sequenced file to the header record.
SNAXUTL ERROR NUMBER: 5140
When an ADD SETESS command was being processed, an I/O error occurred
during an attempt to read a header record from the key-sequenced file.
SNAXUTL ERROR NUMBER: 5160
When an ADD SETESS command was being processed, an I/O error occurred on
an attempt to write a record to the key-sequenced file. The record being added
already exists.
