Manager Development Cycle
Managers can also be created in one environment and used in the other environment 
when they are built using programming tools appropriate for the target run-time 
environment.
The manual entitled Open System Services Porting Guide describes differences between 
the two environments to be aware of when porting managers between environments. 
Additional information on programmatic interoperability between Guardian and OSS 
environments is provided in the manual entitled Open System Services Programming 
Guide.
Manager Development Cycle
