ALLOWOPENS
ZCOM-CMD-ALLOWOPENS (sensitive)
The ALLOWOPENS command removes restrictions governing the establishment of
implicit and explicit links to the specified object. This command cancels the effect of the
FORBIDOPENS command, which prohibits implicit and explicit links from being
established.
An object must be in the STARTED summary state when this command is executed,
and it remains in the STARTED summary state when the command is finished.
CMD-INV-IN-SUMSTATE The ALLOCATE command is not valid for the object in its current
summary state.
MAX-LIMIT-EXCEEDED Allocation of the resource would exceed some subsystem-defined
limit.
PATH-DOWN An inaccessible path prevents resource allocation.
RES-UNAVAIL The resource is not available.
