DELETE
Relevant Errors and Warnings
ZCOM-VAL-CMD-
POWER-FORCED
can be used to delete an object that is not in the STOPPED
summary state and that has links to other objects. It is equivalent
to this sequence:
1. ZCOM-CMD-STOP, ZCOM-VAL-CMD-POWER-FORCED
The object is stopped after its current task is completed. If
the object is incapable of responding, the DELETE command
is rejected. If the object is already reporting the STOPPED
summary state, no error is returned.
2. ZCOM-CMD-DELETE, ZCOM-VAL-CMD-POWER-NORMAL
The object is in the STOPPED summary state and can be
deleted.
ZCOM-VAL-CMD-
POWER-MAX
is equivalent to STOP followed by DELETE, both with CMD-
POWER-MAX.
