FORBIDOPENS
FORBIDOPENS
ZCOM-CMD-FORBIDOPENS (sensitive)
The FORBIDOPENS command prohibits new links to an object. This does not prevent 
the creation of links from the command object to other objects, and it does not affect 
any link already in existence. The effect of this command is canceled by using the 
ALLOWOPENS command.
The object must be in the STARTED summary state.
